Aussie actress Robin McLeavy has joined Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, starring as the role of Abraham Lincoln's mother, Nancy Hanks Lincoln in the 20th Century Fox film.
The role is brief but it sets the tone for the action, as her death at the hands of a bloodsucker is what hardens young Abe Lincoln (Benjamin Walker) into going to war against the growing scourge of vampires in the 1800s.
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter comes to theaters June 22nd, 2012 and stars Benjamin Walker, Anthony Mackie, Dominic Cooper, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Jimmi Simpson. The film is directed by Timur Bekmambetov.
